Managing your Workflows just got faster with two major navigation improvements to the Workflow Kanban Board View. These updates ensure you stay in context by eliminating unnecessary page redirects when editing steps or viewing card details.

Modify your workflow step settings through a new modal window that opens directly over the board, allowing you to save and return to your work instantly.
  • Side-panel card details:
Click any Kanban card to open a side panel for a quick view of details, preventing the need to navigate to a separate screen.
  • Enhanced focus:
Stay grounded in your overall project view while performing core actions, reducing clicks and administrative friction.

Event List Month View - Canny Post @3x
We're happy to share that, following your feedback, the
All Events list
in the dashboard is now
filtered by month
. This change makes it incredibly easy to find the most relevant events, as you can quickly reach things that just happened, or are just about to!
Highlights:
  • The Events list
    defaults to this month
loading by default, and you can quickly go forward and back in time with simple arrow buttons. Select the Today to quickly get back to the current month after exploring.
  • Using the search bar or sorting options will override the month filters so you can still find specific events in a single list.
  • Repeating Events will start to create up to 52
    unlisted event instances
so you can see & edit future months, with no change to how many instances stay visible to your users.
Thanks as always for your feedback - we hope you enjoy this new update!
activity-timeline-v1-canny-image@3x
A new activity timeline within your Workflow Cards provides full visibility into the history of a person’s journey through a workflow. You can now track when changes were made and by whom, ensuring your team stays informed and aligned as you move people toward their next steps.
Highlights
:
  • Real-time tracking: View a chronological history of all updates made to a specific Workflow Card.
  • Better accountability: See exactly which team member completed an action or moved a Card to a new Step.
Giving Managers can now update the fund, sub-fund, campus, and even splits of processed donations, making it easy to keep your giving records accurate, both for the church and the donor. All modifications will be noted in a gift activity timeline and in an email to the donor so that everybody has the records they need to ensure the gift was handled properly.
Highlights:
  • Edit the campus, fund, sub-fund, and/or splits of any processed gift.*
  • The new designation will be reflected in gift timeline, giving reports, and tax statements.
  • Donor will receive an automated email alerting them of the change.
*
Note: Future recurring gifts must be edited by the donor.

We’ve made it easier than ever in People to segment your community and gain deeper insights into your giving data. With new filters for donors and household status, you can pinpoint the right audience in seconds. Plus, we’ve improved historical record-keeping with a new "Former Attender" status.
Highlights:
  • Smart Donor Filtering
: Segment by gift type (first-time, recurring, or any gift) across specific timeframes like Last Month or YTD.*
  • Household Management
: Quickly filter to see who is—or isn't—currently assigned to a household.
  • "Former Attender" Status
: A new membership category to help you maintain clean, accurate active-member lists while preserving historical data.
*
Note: You must have the Giving Manager role in order to access Giving filters.
You can now use your bulk check scanning and remote check deposit processes to handle non-tax deductible donations. When allocating a check, you may select DAF, QCD, or Cash Equivalent (like stock & cryptocurrency) as the payment method, to properly handle these unique gifts, ensuring accurate and compliant tax statements while giving donors "soft credit" for recommending the donation.
Highlights:
  • Select Donor-Advised Fund, Qualified Charitable Distribution, or "Cash Equivalent in addition to the default Check payment method.
  • Add a description to display on tax statements (e.g. "Smith Family Fund via Fidelity Charitable").
  • Edit previously allocated donations to adjust the payment method or add a description.
  • All non-tax deductible donations will appear in a separate section of the Tax Statement.
Tip: if you've received checks from Engiven for stock & crypto donations, select Cash Equivalent.
