Transfers R1
The Transfers page—where you reconcile your bank deposits—has been completely rebuilt. We've improved speed and performance, added tools to help you track your reconciliation workflow without leaving the page, and ensured that every Transfer matches your bank deposit.
Highlights:
  • Reconciliation tracking:
As you review each deposit and confirm it against your records, mark it as reconciled and move on. Reconciled deposits keep a record of who completed it and when.
  • Totals table:
Find gift & payment totals, covered & uncovered fees, GrowCurve rebates, and a breakdown by fund at a glance.
  • Faster navigation:
The page loads faster, and previous/next controls let you move between transfers without going back to the list. Pending transactions are also visible before they settle.
  • Color-coded status badges:
Disputed, refunded, failed, and pending transactions are now tagged with visual indicators so you can see the status of any transaction at a glance, alongside covered and uncovered fees.
  • Streamlined export:
A new export file combines payments and gifts into a single file.
Note: A Legacy Transfers option is available during the transition if you need to reference the previous version, or access the old export file. We'll let you know before it goes away.
done-notifications-on-workflows
Now you can know the moment someone reaches the end of a workflow. Set up an email notification on your final "Done" step and your team leaders get an alert every time a card is completed, no board-watching required.
Highlights
:
  • Notify on completion:
Add one or more email addresses to your done step and get an email each time a card is finished.
  • Keep leaders in the loop:
Notify up to 20 people whenever cards reach the end of a workflow.
  • Stay informed automatically:
Follow progress without checking the board all day.
Group member limit
We've shipped a set of improvements to Groups that provide more control and make it easier for your members to find the right group.
Group Member Limits
You can now set a maximum member limit on any group directly from Group Settings. When a group reaches its limit:
  • It displays a "Full" badge in the Group Finder so members know at a glance.
  • Members can no longer join the group until a spot opens up automatically. Group Managers can still add additional Group Members once limit is reached
  • Group seekers can use a new filter in the Group Finder to show or hide full and closed groups.
This is great for small groups with limited space, discipleship cohorts, or any group where size matters.
Note: By default, full and closed groups are hidden from Group Finder results. To show them, check Include Full/Closed Groups in the filter menu.
Additional Updates:
  • Filtered Group Finder Web Embed:
When embedding the Group Finder on your website, you can now pre-filter it by Group Type, city, day of the week, time of day, or frequency. Set your defaults in the embed settings panel, the embed URL updates automatically so members land on the most relevant list.
  • Group Finder preview link:
A new "View Group Finder" button in your Groups navigation lets you open your public-facing Group Finder in a new tab at any time. No more hunting for the URL in embed settings.
  • Alphabetical sorting:
Groups in the Group Finder now sort A–Z by default, making it easier for members to scan and find what they're looking for.

Workflows is out of beta and available to all Subsplash One clients!
We're marking the occasion with one of our most-requested enhancements yet. You can now configure any Workflow step to automatically send a beautifully customized and personalized email; no manual follow-up required.
Key features:
  • Instant engagement:
Set up any Workflow step to automatically send an email when a Card moves to that step.
  • Fully customizable:
Use your branded content in the header, add images, text, and buttons to link to important content. The email editor makes it easy to create beautiful custom emails.
  • Standardization:
Ensures every person receives the correct information (and tone), regardless of which staff member is managing the process. Welcome a new visitor, confirm a membership class registration, or remind a volunteer of their training requirements—the right message at the right time.
  • Profile integration:
Email addresses are sourced directly from the person's Subsplash profile—nothing extra to configure.
Note: Workflows is included at no additional charge for all Subsplash One clients. If you're not yet on Subsplash One, contact your CSM to learn more.

Signing people up at the door, in the office, or from paper forms can now be done completely (and quickly) from the Subsplash Dashboard. Event Managers can use one simple flow to select tickets, apply discounts, and record payments without leaving the dashboard.
Highlights:
  • Register on behalf of guests:
Add registrations from the Dashboard. Use your existing profiles and create brand new guests without leaving the form.
  • Admin Superpowers:
Keep the line moving without complications. Event managers can make exceptions to the registration or payment rules by accessing hidden tickets, ignoring capacity limits, choosing non-standard payment frequencies, and more. You're the admin, you're in charge.
  • Waived payment:
With support for offline payments, we've re-labeled
    Marked as paid
    as
    Waived payment
, so tracking scholarships and complimentary registrations is simple — and the guest list makes it easy to see totals at a glance.
Dashboard Registration is available now for all Events clients. Log in to try it.
Trends AI now includes two new data sources: media content performance and campaign analytics. Alongside your existing giving, people, attendance, and groups data, you can now see content engagement and campaign progress, all in one place.
Highlights:
  • Media data:
Track views, plays, and engagement for content across your Subsplash platforms. Use AI Analysis or the chart builder to identify your top-performing content, spot trends over time, and make more informed decisions about your content strategy.
  • Campaign data:
Monitor campaign goals and pledge status directly in Trends AI. Build charts, compare progress across campaigns, and analyze giving patterns tied to specific campaigns.
  • Unified dashboards:
Pin media and campaign charts alongside your giving, attendance, and people data on a single dashboard.
People Assistant
We are thrilled to announce the release of our new AI People Assistant — now available in your Subsplash dashboard.
The AI People Assistant lets you find the right people in your congregation using plain language, instead of manually building filters. Just describe who you're looking for, and the People Assistant instantly translates your request into a filtered list — so you can spend less time searching and more time connecting.
Highlights:
  • Type a natural language description — like "Parents with children under 12" or "First-time donors in the last 6 months" — and the People Assistant does the filtering for you.
  • Filter by membership status, age, gender, giving history, location, baptism date, family details, custom fields, and more.
  • Results appear instantly so you can see exactly who matches as you search, and even send a quick email to the list.
Note: AI People Assistant is available to Subsplash One customers. Talk to your CSM for more details.
