We're excited to announce that our new Workflows product is now available in beta! Workflows is designed to help you streamline your church processes, connect people to ministries, and bring clarity and automation to your team's most important tasks.

No more scattered spreadsheets or forgotten follow-ups. With Workflows, you can automate your processes and free up more time for ministry.

Easy to create & manage:
Build your own custom Workflows for visitor follow-up, volunteer onboarding, and more.
Drag and drop:
Every Workflow item is represented as a Card, which you can easily drag and drop on the Board view.
Automate with Forms:
Connect a Form to automatically add Cards to a Workflow when a Form is submitted.
Track progress:
Add Cards to a Workflow to represent people or pieces of work, assign tasks, set due dates, and track their progress until they are complete.
Keep your team aligned:
See a high-level view of all your team's processes and delegate tasks with the new Workflow Manager user role.
