Email Automations for Workflows
Workflows is out of beta and available to all Subsplash One clients!
We're marking the occasion with one of our most-requested enhancements yet. You can now configure any Workflow step to automatically send a beautifully customized and personalized email; no manual follow-up required.
Key features:
- Instant engagement:Set up any Workflow step to automatically send an email when a Card moves to that step.
- Fully customizable:Use your branded content in the header, add images, text, and buttons to link to important content. The email editor makes it easy to create beautiful custom emails.
- Standardization:Ensures every person receives the correct information (and tone), regardless of which staff member is managing the process. Welcome a new visitor, confirm a membership class registration, or remind a volunteer of their training requirements—the right message at the right time.
- Profile integration:Email addresses are sourced directly from the person's Subsplash profile—nothing extra to configure.

Faster Workflow Board Navigation
Managing your Workflows just got faster with two major navigation improvements to the Workflow Kanban Board View. These updates ensure you stay in context by eliminating unnecessary page redirects when editing steps or viewing card details.
Highlights
:- In-context step editing:Modify your workflow step settings through a new modal window that opens directly over the board, allowing you to save and return to your work instantly.
- Side-panel card details:Click any Kanban card to open a side panel for a quick view of details, preventing the need to navigate to a separate screen.
- Enhanced focus:Stay grounded in your overall project view while performing core actions, reducing clicks and administrative friction.

Activity timeline for Workflow Cards
A new activity timeline within your Workflow Cards provides full visibility into the history of a person’s journey through a workflow. You can now track when changes were made and by whom, ensuring your team stays informed and aligned as you move people toward their next steps.

Building processes for your church just got easier with the new AI Workflows Generator. You can now instantly create custom workflows by simply typing a prompt or selecting from a list of examples. This tool helps you overcome the blank page by generating a complete workflow with suggested titles, steps, tasks, and due dates in seconds, allowing you to focus on ministry rather than manual entry.

We're excited to announce that our new Workflows product is now available in beta! Workflows is designed to help you streamline your church processes, connect people to ministries, and bring clarity and automation to your team's most important tasks.
No more scattered spreadsheets or forgotten follow-ups. With Workflows, you can automate your processes and free up more time for ministry.

- Drag and drop:Every Workflow item is represented as a Card, which you can easily drag and drop on the Board view.
- Automate with Forms:Connect a Form to automatically add Cards to a Workflow when a Form is submitted.
